Patient onboarding, which includes initial office visit, first lab review, and preliminary treatment plan -- $525
Follow-up--60 minutes: $275
Follow-up -- 45 minutes: $225
Follow-up -- 30 minutes: $175
Follow-up -- 15 minutes: $85
Additional services, such as nutritional IVs and injections, medical weight loss packages, and body work are billed separately. Please inquire about details on pricing.
Annual Wellness Plans are also available for a flat yearly fee. Please inquire about pricing details.
Second Opinion Consult -- 45 minutes: $195

While Dr. Jackson is not contracted with any insurance companies, she is happy to facilitate reimbursement from HMSA and UHA on your behalf as an out-of-network provider. Payment is due at the time of service, and you will receive partial reimbursement in the mail from your insurance carrier once all paperwork is submitted.
